Job Description
- Maintain mechanical / electrical equipment to ensure that all equipment is not having any failure due to maintenance.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and make recommendations for repair.
- Reduce the maintenance breakdown time to get 2 % of the production time.
- Perform maintenance activities regarding to PM schedule.
- Follow up production equipment on daily basis.
Apply Enterprise Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance Program for both PM schedule and spare parts stock level. - Revise the spare parts availability.
- Create predictive maintenance plan.
- Implement the required procedures and work instructions for all maintenance issues.
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: BSc production, mechanical, electromechanical or electrical
- Fresh Graduate
- Good level in English language
- Strong computer skills, spread sheets & office
